[arm-allstar] RPi2 file checksums

Below are the MD5 and SHA1  checksums for the RPi2 zipped and unzipped image. There are numerous packages to calculate these values but here is a link for a Microsoft utility to use in Windows.

In Linux the commands are -  

sha1sum <file>
md5sum <file>

I will add these values to the download page.
