[arm-allstar] Re purposed BBB

I have a BBB that Ai setup for a node that never got used. I want to now
use the BBB for a new node. Will running the first time script be the best
bet for starting from scratch?

The first node I setup I only ran the the first time script and setup a
persistent connection so it's not like the BBB was highly configured in the
first place.
