[arm-allstar] Outbound Audio

Greg,

 I don't think there is anything in the stock config that would stop the outbound audio. Did you set the levels in simpleusb-tune-menu? It would be the RX level, selection 2,  the level that the radius RX hears you transmitting. It also has to assert the COS line for anyone to hear you. Make sure you have a COS signal when you transmit out of the Radius to pin 8 of the URI. Then set carrierfrom=usb if it goes high on receive of a signal or carrierfrom=usbinvert if it goes low.
