[arm-allstar] Allstar running on the Raspberry PI2

Excellent. I was able to use the exact config files of the BBB , except 
ilbc codec was becoming a problem so I commented it out. Otherwise the 
same config files worked.

The Pi2 version I rolled out was more of a learning experience for me, 
but the Pi2 version you guys roll out I know will work with more tools 
and features.
