[arm-allstar] Lsnodes

I am following the directions on hamvoip and when I type
/var/www/html/lsnodes/astdb.php

It does not appear to create lsnodes_web I see lsnodes_form.html

Also when I do ./lsnodes 27086 I get an error.

I assume all of my problems are stemming from not having lsnodes_web

Either I'm messed up or something in the process has changed.
