[arm-allstar] Raspberry Pi 2 Version 1.1 Release Date?

Hi Everyone,

I think Doug had a typo with the RPi2 v2.2 release statement....Right now, 
internally it's still called v1.1....

Right now I'm working on trying to push the BBB v1.3 release out, since 
it's doesn't have several features present in the RPi2 1.0 release.
I expect the RPi2 release shortly afterwords, since they're both based on 
the same AllStar code.
