[arm-allstar] using BBB GPIO running asterisk v1.2.1 --- RPi2 GPIO

Dave I think you just solved my problem. Could you please explain how to 
configure the extra GPIO in the URI and what commands to use to turn a gpio 
bit on or off? What I want to do is to control the radio power levels if 
allstar has a scheduled net.
