[arm-allstar] Linking behind the firewall

The issue is Hairpin NAT. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hairpinning <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hairpinning> Most routers hairpin but some just don’t.

The [nodes] setting in my other email on this topic should be done anytime two more servers are behind the same router/firewall. That allows the servers to connect directly as there is no need to send traffic through the router.
