[arm-allstar] half duplex node linking to a repeater

You're going to need to setup your own, private, full duplex repeater to
accomplish what you're wanting to do....This is actually simpler than it
sounds---all you need are two BF-888 radios. If you're only needing
very short range (a few hundred feet), the transmit 888 can run into a
"leaky" dummy load; the receive 888 going to the included whip antenna.

If you're needing more range, use a inexpensive notch-only duplexer; then
you can use a base-station or mobile antenna, etc.

This is a no-frills setup, but, it does eliminate the half-duplex node
issue where it is keyed and therefore can't hear. And, it works--I've got
several of these setups, using various radios. I'm building another right
now using BF-888's, a notch-only duplexer and a small Aluminum case.
