[arm-allstar] half duplex node linking to a repeater

My understanding is that simplex mode is when the tx and rx frequencies are the same. Half duplex uses different frequencies for each, but not transmitting and receiving at the same time. E.g. Your HT talking to a repeater.

What is not clear to me is how to setup the hang times for the half duplex when linked to full duplex repeater? Should it be very short?
