[arm-allstar] Script to run ARRL or ARN news on Allstar

Hey Doug, thats great, I've been playing with script writting and I was
working on something like this. So it will be interesting to compare your
work to mine. I read the readme and I see that I need to chmod 750 the
arrlplay file I assume that will need to be done to arrlnews.sh too?
I was looking to make something to work on my acid nodes too
