Hi pete
I am using duckdns and it is free. it is a very easy to install.
look here
www.duckdns.org
when you use dynamic host names your ip could roll anytime the the other
node would know within 5 minutes
that it has changed and what the address is.
I have setup a network just like this using all private nodes. And i use
ddns when ever possible.
works very well too.
