[arm-allstar] Setting up allstar node on linux server

Just remember that when installing via these scripts, you're getting the
stock version of the AllStar code....The version that is included in the
arm-allstar release has numerous patches that are not currently in the
stock version, some of which significantly improve the stability of
AllStar on platforms like the BBB or RPi2, which don't have a battery
backed Real Time Clock, etc.
