[arm-allstar] reverse patch

Whenever I make changes to files in etc/asterisk I issue the asterisk reset command (astres.sh)After asterisk resets I don't hear the reverse patch announcement until i issue the *6 (autopatch up command).After hanging up the auto-patch, the reverse-patch announcement works again. Sounds like a bug?
Also how close are we to a new version release for the RPI2? Thanks!
