[arm-allstar] Echolink

On node 42071 Echolink connections  time out. The ports 5198 and 5199 udp 
are forwarded and not blocked. port 5200 is open for tcp. The password, 
callsign and node numbers are correct. outbound echolink connections work.
I am losing my hair. Help please! whats wrong?
