[arm-allstar] Reading analog pins

Hi Cole,

You are correct, the cape manager has not yet been ported forward to later
kernels (e.g.: 3.16.x), as found in the 1.2.1 BBB arm-allstar release.  
Like many BBB users, we're anxiously looking forward to it being ported 
forward, too.
