[arm-allstar] First Time Install on BBB

Doug,

First I want to thank you for the work you do here. I'm new to the BBB and
Linux.
So far it looks like I have some of this working, only when I go to the
AllStar web site and connect the Web Transciever can
I recieve audio to the node radio Yaesu 857 and out to the HT but can't
transmit. Maybe I wrong but I'm hoping to set up a new here at my
house to the local Hams connect and disconnect to like the WinSystem node
2560.
I don't know where to go from here. If you would like to call me I would
