[arm-allstar] Az Repeater Assoc Project diagram

As much as I like the BBB with Allstar, this might be a case where a 
different solution might serve you better.  The hardware cost for just 
the 8 BBB's could be spent on a small PC running the standard ACID 
software with all 8 nodes on one machine.
