I am looking for the connections on the radio itself, not the URI.

Look on the outside of the URI, it should have the pin assignments.

 

COS - Pin 2 on the audio chip - Pin 8

PTT - ? Pin 1

Audio out to URI - ? Pin 21

Audio in from URI - ?  Pin 22

Ground Pin 13
