[arm-allstar] CT for Duplex-0 ?

HelloI'm running a node as Duplex=0.  Folks would like to have a courtesy tone (CT) for traffic coming from the link. Is there a way to configure a CT for LINKUNKEY with Duplex=0?Alternately, I could go to Duplex=1 and disable time announcements, but there is still a fair amount of Voice ID that may be difficult to suppress.
