[arm-allstar] dtmf macros for repeater control

Rob,

Have you tried connecting to your node using www.xelatec.com iaxRpt?
You can send random DTMF tones via your node radio using its keypad.
If you program the macro keys in iaxRpt you can make all sorts of DTMF 
combinations for one touch transmissions.

Steve Zingman also made an app for Androids which is more dialer 
friendly as it has a 16 key keypad.
