[arm-allstar] How to install Screen

Hi Ron,
I've used many packages from the fraggod.net site without any problems.
Just grab the dependencies needed from here and you should be okay.
http://fraggod.net/static/mirror/packages/archlinuxarm/armv7h/
The main caveat is NOT to change anything related to the kernel or kernel
modules.
....I'll include screen in the upcoming 1.3 release. (I don't know why
it's not already there! I use screen on all time on my "big" servers at
the office! I guess I'd never needed it on these little boards.).
