[arm-allstar] Yaesu DR-1X Interface

Doug,

I am running 12 volt into the URIX, and just to test I cranked the TX level to 999 and I still have audio that is still so low you can barely hear it. 

I'm open to suggestions as I have tried everything I can think of.
