is perfectly normal. This is just a message. Your system is re-registered once every minute.

as shown by this display. Every 60 seconds.  You probably have your asterisk client verbosity set too high. Setting it to a value of 3 is the normal setting. In the client:

 CLI> core set verbose 3

 and when you enter it   use   asterisk -rvvv (3 v's) at the Linux prompt.
