[arm-allstar] COR timer -- was: COR question

Hi Guys,

I'm not making promises, but, I'll take a look at adding an adjustable COR 
timer, functioning very much like the current "totime=xxx" for the TX 
timeout.

I know this would be a VERY useful feature!
