[arm-allstar] Playnews problem

Ok some updates. From node 42658 which is my news server. I did:

./playnews-0.8 ARRL NOW 27086 G

27086 is my hub node, everything downloaded and appeared from the terminal
screen like it was playing, but nothing was happening at the remote node.

I also from 42658 tried rpt playback 42658 your-msg-is-too-short and that
played fine.

It's like something is blocking the audio going out? Also 42658 is my home
node and I can still talk to everybody on it.
