[arm-allstar] Playnews problem

OK Doug, it may very well be not a problem with playnews. I'm hoping to
find/obtain help for solution to why it's not working.

To answer your questions.

Yes when I ask it to play globally it is only heard locally on the source
of where the news originated from.

The news is on a separate server at my home. I then connect to my hub node
which is a separate network 30 miles away.

Not sure on your last question but I'm going to try those commands you
mentioned and report back.
