The Pi Zero has no ethernet and an older processor (although clocked
higher). So it won't work "out of the box" with Allstar the way the rPi2
does. It remains to be seen if the CPU is up to it.

The Pi Zero also does not have an on-board USB hub but instead has a USB
OTG subsystem. So you will need a USB hub and probably have to use it for
an ethernet or wifi adapter and the URI. It may be up to it, but by the
time you add all those extra components, the rPi2 is competitively priced.
