[arm-allstar] playnews-0.6

Doug, have the playnews file in the /etc/asterisk/local/playnews directory and did the rename to remove the -0.6. ls shows it there. When I try and run playnews ARRL NOW L it states -bash: playnews: command not found

What am I missing, permissions maybe?
