[arm-allstar] DNS Server

Hi Kent,

If you've got strange, concerning log entries, please feel free to forward
them to me privately--I'd interested in reviewing.

Here in the USA, Google's DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) should be very stable.
However, in many areas of the world it won't be (due to local ISPs
redirecting to their own, local, DNS servers). I recommend using the
internal DNS server on the RPi2 or BBB unless you have some kind of
specific issue--such as getting blocked by a 4G carrier, etc.

Note that running a private DNS server (like configured in the distro)
rarely presents any type of security concern.
