can you explain this idea in more detail.
what are the SCOM'S logic pins. being at remote sites being able to power cycle is a very valuable feature remotely

I would think a simple way to do this is add a relay for the power to the Rpi2 that you turn off the power and turn it back on via the SCOM's logic pins.
