[arm-allstar] Allison on the RPI2

I agree, from my experiences.  If the TX audio level is set correctly, 
Allison will be fine.

All this being said, we need a better way to set the audio levels--a 
method that works for the 99% of users that don't have a deviation meter 
nearby.
