[arm-allstar] DTMF on PI2

The commands have been standard on the BBB for almost a year and are now the same on the RPi2. We will not be changing them. The idea was to make the non permanent and the permanent connect commands match up. Thus you only have to have a '7' before a '1' or '3' to create a permanent link and *76 is an all disconnect. Users have the ability to change this if they desire if you have a mixture of systems. You can change the Acid to match the BBB or RPi2 or vice versa. IMHO I would suggest changing your Acid servers to match the BBB and RPi2 as I believe this eventually will become the standard just due to quantity of installed systems. This is configured in the [functions] stanza of /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf

I too have set up a node on the RPI using Doug's image. Well done.

Perhaps it might be better to set up the default commands to be the
same as those on the ACID install so that it doesn't cause this
    kinda confusion.

If one wants to customize the commands after that then they can
    certainly do so.

      Hugo,

           On the BBB and RPi2....

          *1 <node> - disconnect node

          *3 <node> - connect node

          *71 <node> - disconnect node - permanent connection

          *73 <node> - connect node - permanent connection

*76 - disconnect all connected nodes

To see the mapping relationship look in your rpt.conf
          functions stanza

          and reference the Allstar commands.

It is on my list of things to do but you can check this link
          for status, cop,

and ilink commands which can be mapped to dtmf sequences.

It is on my list of things to do to write a how-to on this.

I have the PI2 working well etc.
            I noticed I can't use *71 to disconnect link.
I have to use *1(node#) to disconnect.

            Any suggestions?
