[arm-allstar] DTMF on PI2

I too have set up a node on the RPI using Doug's image. Well done.

Perhaps it might be better to set up the default commands to be the same 
as those on the ACID install so that it doesn't cause this kinda confusion.

If one wants to customize the commands after that then they can 
certainly do so.
