It looks good. In simplesub it looks like you will want to set carrierfrom=usbinvert. I think I am interpreting the audio is set such that you need deemphasis=yes but preemphasis=no. No ';' comment before them. If either is set wrong the audio will sound restricted and on the rx side the DTMF will work flaky or not at all.
Also rxboost can be set to 0 or 1. If when you set the audio - simpleusb-tune-menu - item 2 rx level is too high or low you can set rxboost=0 off to lower the gain or =1 to raises the gain. Values are 1 to 999 but if you are pegged or close to one end or the other you can change the rxboost.
