[arm-allstar] CW ID

[REDBUTTON_CTRL]

Allstar nodes don't send CW ids down the links. At least they are not 
supposed to. Maybe someone blamed you but it was coming from a different 
source.
The CW id should only be coming out on your transmitter only.
