[arm-allstar] Node dosn't repeat recieved audio from node radio.

First I would like to thank the team that put all of the work into the RPi
Project, this is wonderful.

So I almost have everything working, except that when I transmit from my ht
to my simplex node radio, the signal doesn't get pumped into the system. I
can connect with iaxrpt and that signal gets transmitted fine back to my ht.
When I transmit from my ht the node radio picks it up fine but iaxrpt
doesn't receive anything. My node radio is a Motorola Radius M1225 that I
have been using on a private node for a few years that is set up using the
acid image on an IBM ThinkPad. The URI I am using is from the ThinkPad. I
plugged it into the RPi, then booted the RPi. Any ideas?
