[arm-allstar] Advise on audio

Using the simpleusb setup procedures, set to 3.6k (with tone) deviation for
both transmit and receive.
The other tidbit, audio sounds fine in iaxrpt from all sources. It's just
listening on the HT to any audio coming from outside the BBB
