[arm-allstar] WIFI setup

A VPN service (with open ports) works well. As a full-time RVer, I use AT&T and Verizon cellular data services. Both work reliably for me as long as a VPN connection is established on the BBB. I haven't had time to get the new image going with wifi yet, but my luck has been good using a Cradlepoint router to pick up the Verizon hotspot or iPhone hotspot on AT&T. Your mileage may vary, etc...
