[arm-allstar] Allstar Telephone portal bug in BBB

User input is always welcome and today because of that I discovered a bug or more appropriately a misconfiguration that prevents phone portal connections to the BBB. The problem is that ilbc was defined in the phone context in iax.conf. It should be commented out or removed as shown below. 
In /etc/asterisk/iax.conf....

[allstar-sys]
type=user
context=allstar-sys
auth=rsa
inkeys=allstar
disallow=all
;allow=ilbc     <<<<< comment as shown or entirely remove this line
allow=ulaw

The phone portal is reachable at  1-763-230-0000

At the prompts enter the node you want to connect to and you pin number. Pin numbers are listed in your profile at allstarlink.org
