[arm-allstar] Interesting issue with new BBB

This must be something in a config file, but I can't find it!

My node is a URI running simpleusb and is set up as a repeater using the URI as the controller.   Everyuthing works perfect, EXCEPT, when I disconnect the node from anything, after the announcement the transmitter stays up!  It won't drop until you kerchunk the repeater, then it drops after the usual 3 second tail.  When connecting, it has no issues.

Any ideas?
