[arm-allstar] bbb Behavior

Hi Mark,
I have never tried the small on-board power button, I will. I doubt this
issue will be hard to resolve, we'll look at fixing for the next firmware
release.
As for the network issue, I can't seem to duplicate it, thus far.
Typically, I've got my development BBB (rev B) plugged into an inexpensive
Trendnet switch and I run a static IP as well. If I leave the BBB
disconnected at boot-time and plug in later, it works fine for me in all
the scenarios I've tried thus far. I'll continue to try further to
duplicate this issue. Does this happen consistently on your BBB?
BTW, I do notice that when booted without Ethernet attached, my BBB
doesn't flash any static IP via Morse code. And, an "/sbin/ifconfig eth0"
reports no IP address, either. But, within about 5 seconds after plugging
in the network cable, this is corrected.
Thanks for the feedback and testing!
