[arm-allstar] GPIO pin release?

I've been thinking that it'd be neat if someone could come up with a
"cape" for the BBB that has the USB audio and plumbing for GPIO into a
single connector - basically a URI in cape form, but using the "free"
GPIO and a "cheap" USB audio interface....
