[arm-allstar] BBB and Python

BTW, I want to comment again that everything is a rapidly moving target
with Arch Linux. So, while I confirmed that the commands, below, work as
of today with the 1.04 release, they may not work without dependency
issues, etc., tomorrow! So, the old:  YMMV disclaimer applies!
