In rpt.conf, in the section named by your node number, set:

rxchannel=Radio/usb<your_node_number>

Rename (or copy) usbradio.conf.xxx to usbradio.conf, edit it and
change 27225 to your node number, and make other adjustments needed.

I think that's all I had to do, other than the usual level-tuning.

I believe that usbradio support in BBB-AllStar is still considered
experimental ... but it seems to be working for me ...
