[arm-allstar] Frustrated by time ???

I thought I would share this :-

If, like me, you have tried to change the time in Arch after a reboot 
because the date/time has gone back to 2000 and each time you try you 
fail as the system won't let you for one reason or another, the cure is 
simple.

Yesterday I tried all the suggested cmds [ ntpdq -p ] etc. but none 
would work.

I have a PC router with three network cards in it and unbeknown to me 
the one that connected me to the outside world had failed; as soon as I 
got it working the time " magically " was back to normal.

Moral of story; the fault is not always where you think it is.. No 
internet connection, no correct time..
