[arm-allstar] WiFi With BBB?

It looks like I'm fighting a losing battle trying to use 4G LTE-based
Internet service for Allstar/Echolink. Sometimes it works, sometimes it
doesn't...
This is extremely disappointing since cell phone data service is my only
means of access to the Internet as a full-time RVer.
I've been attempting to use a Verizon-based hotspot with limited success.
Yesterday, I gave up my 'unlimited' data account on my iPhone just to see
if ATT data service was any better. It's not. In fact, I have more packet
loss with ATT (63% during a ping test just now).
If anyone knows any tweaks to make the best of a bad situation, I'd love to
hear 'em.
