[Arm-allstar-irlp] Allstar/IRLP success!

I want to thank everyone who has helped me on and off this list over the
last week or so.

Today, I was able to transfer my new IRLP node over to my Allstar node and
I can now free the other pi up for other projects!

I appreciate the easy to follow guide as well. Good documentation is vital
for self help.

HamVOIP is my go to for Allstar and I will recommend it to others!
