[Arm-allstar-irlp] IRLP Install Failure

Removal of the directory worked - no errors on reinstall. Remainder of
Howto changes completed, but IRLP node is not showing up after reboot (15
minutes after).

Should the troubleshoot-Irlp script work?

su - repeater
./scripts/troubleshoot-irlp

first has me source the environment file, then runs with multiple errors.
