[Arm-allstar-irlp] IRLP Install Failure

John,

 Did you previously have a /home/irlp directory on that server? This is not
a serious error and you could just go on. Worst case do  'chmod 775
/home/irlp'

You could also just delete the entire directory and reload the package in
which case it should give no errors.  rm -rf /home/irlp
